We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we source our fresh ingredients from local farmers' markets and businesses as often as possible when in season. Our secret ingredient in our dough is the award-winning honey from Dancing Bear Apiary in Waupaca. We use quality flour & Himalayan Sea salt.
With strong ties to farming we believe in supporting local, sustainable farms like Purslane Farms, Rustic Roots, Lettuce Love, Dancing Bear Apiary and others.
We work with farms like Lutz Heritage Meats in Amherst, WI for Grassfed burger. We also use cheeses and other dairy products from Belgioioso, Weyauwega Star Dairy and Ellsworth Cheese Cooperative.
Our famous cheesecakes and tiramisu are made right here in our kitchen. Other goodies include Sunny Caramels, craft beers from Central Waters Brewing Co. in Amherst, Mosinee Brewing Company, local sodas from Sprecher & Point Brewery among other Wisconsin businesses.
